Creates an asynchronous report job without modifying stock. Pass data: {} for all accessible inventory, or provide warehouse_id, customer_account_id, new_format, updated_from, or has_inventory. Instance selection follows the organization’s saved ShipHero connections. Resolve current warehouse IDs with account { data { warehouses { id identifier active } } }; historical snapshots can reference obsolete warehouses. Prefer one warehouse per report for large accounts. Poll inventory_snapshot(snapshot_id: ...) with ShipHero Query until complete, then use its returned file URL. Check warehouses_searched and product coverage in the downloaded file: a successful job can still contain no inventory for an obsolete warehouse. Do not treat job creation as report completion. On an ambiguous timeout, inspect inventory_snapshots before creating another job. For daily stockout history include zero-inventory products, retain warehouse identity and store each completed snapshot durably. This tool does not configure a recurring schedule or reconstruct past stock levels. It does not send notifications or post reports to external URLs.
