Browser logins

When an agent using the Browser tool reaches a page only you can get past, such as a sign-in, a 2FA code or a CAPTCHA, it hands you the live browser in the chat. You sign in, click Done, and the agent carries on. The agent never sees what you type. The sign-in is then saved to your browser logins. From then on, every browser your agents open for you starts signed in to that site: in new conversations, and in your scheduled tasks.

Your saved logins

Go to Control Hub → Settings → Browser logins to see the sites you’re signed into and when each was last refreshed. Click Forget to sign your agents out of a site.
  • Personal: each person has their own logins. Other members, admins included, can’t see or use yours.
  • Only what you sign into: a site is added only when you complete a sign-in during a handoff. Pages an agent merely visits are never saved.
  • Kept fresh: when a site refreshes your session while an agent is using it, the saved login is updated. If you sign out in the agent’s browser, the login is removed.
  • Encrypted: saved logins are stored encrypted.
If a saved login expires, the agent lands on the sign-in page again and can hand you the browser to sign back in. In a scheduled task, where no one is there to take over, the agent reports that a sign-in is needed.
